[Problem]

Roxanna Krawczyk helps childcare and education programs launch and then keeps them running well. She had built a first site on her own and wanted it rebuilt so it read clearly to two kinds of clients, founders starting something new and programs already open, while keeping her own words and look.

[Approach]

  • 01Kept her copy word for word and rebuilt the public site around two clear paths, Founders and Existing programs, with About, FAQ, and kind words from past clients.
  • 02Carried her RK mark, warm paper, charcoal, clay, and sage through every page and into the private dashboard so both feel like the same practice.
  • 03Built a contact form that saves each inquiry and sends Roxy a branded alert, with no self-service booking or checkout until she asks for it.
  • 04Gave her a dashboard to manage clients, inquiries, tasks, money, and a newsletter, plus a site editor and brand kit so she can change words and styling herself without breaking the phone layout.

[Outcome]

A finished client build live at roxyconsults.com: a calm public site for her consulting practice and an owner dashboard she can run on her own.

[Sponsor the Driftline rate]

Keep the sliding scale alive

The Driftline rate lets me work with low-income founders, disabled-led businesses, mutual-aid groups, and BIPOC/Indigenous/queer/trans-led teams at a deep discount — sometimes 40–60% off the listed range. If you've got the means and want to help more of those projects get built, a direct gift offsets the gap and keeps the studio solvent while I do it.
