You may browse, read, and share this site freely. Don't scrape it at volume, resell the content, or use it to harass anyone. I may change or retire features at any time.

Quotes, scope, and pricing shown on the site are estimates until we both accept a written quote. Each engagement is governed by the quote you accept in your client dashboard, which controls if it conflicts with anything here. Deliverables are handed off to you and you own them.

Tours run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe; if I cancel, you get a full refund. Cancel more than 48 hours out for a full refund, inside 48 hours for credit toward a future walk. Sliding-scale (Driftline) rates are offered in good faith — take them if you need them.

Digital downloads are for personal use. Field guidance, foraging notes, and species information are educational, not a safety guarantee. You are responsible for your own tides, licenses, and risk.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled any time. Support contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.

By opting in you agree to receive Whale Watch sighting alerts by text from Brackish & Co. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help, or email whales@brackishco.org. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Keep your login credentials to yourself. I may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or attempts to access other people's data.

The site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to what you paid me in the prior three months.
