Privacy Policy

• Email address — when you sign up for the Tide Line newsletter, whale sighting alerts, book a walk, or send an inquiry.
• Mobile number — only if you provide it on a booking so I can reach you the day of.
• Booking and order details — what you signed up for, when, and how much you paid. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; I never see or store them.
• Messages you send me — inquiry form text, project notes, anything you write.
• Signatures and support signups — names on waivers and campaign support pledges. Waiver signatures stay private and are confirmed by email before they count.

I use your contact info only for the thing you gave it to me for: confirming the booking, answering the question, delivering the file. Newsletter addresses get the newsletter and nothing else.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

A handful of service providers handle delivery infrastructure and see only what they need to do that job on my behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payments). They may not use your information for their own marketing.

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels. The site stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep you signed in and remember preferences like whether you dismissed a tour.

Email jules@brackishco.org and I'll send you everything I have on you or delete it — your call, usually within a few days. Every alert and newsletter also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Nothing here is aimed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. Kids on foraging walks are registered by an adult.
