I want you to feel confident running what I build. Handoff covers the agreed accounts, editing access, and walkthrough. Source-code access or delivery and ownership or licensing rights are separate items, each spelled out in your written proposal before you commit. Separate does not always mean an extra fee: your quote says what is included, what is not, and what any additional transfer would cost.

Your content stays yours. My pre-existing and reusable tools stay mine, with the agreed license for your project; outside materials keep their own terms. If you need a broader transfer or another developer to take over, tell me early so I can scope it with you. No added work or transfer fee starts without written approval.
