[How studio projects work]
Build, design, and software engagements are custom-scoped, so they move through a different rhythm than a direct calendar booking:
1. Inquiry
Tell me what you're after.
2. Proposal
I draft scope, fee, and timeline.
3. Approval
You review and sign off.
4. Workspace
Shared dashboard tracks the work.
Advisory calls and strategy sessions can be booked directly from the calendar. Studio projects flow through inquiry and (once we're working together) your project workspace.
[How inquiry bookings work]
Some work doesn't sit on the public calendar — custom builds, longer studio projects, and private group tours. They run on a lighter inquiry flow:
1. Inquiry
Send the details through the service page form.
2. Quote
I reply with a fixed price and a few date options.
3. Scheduled
Confirm, and the job lands on the calendar.
4. Repeat clients
Once we're working together, returning clients can auto-book.
